If you and your fiance decide to get married, she will
need a fiance visa K-1. This visa is issued to those
aliens (immigrants/foreigners) who are outside the united
states and wish to enter the USA for the purpose of
marriage with a USA citizen. The American consulate
in Moscow and Kiev issues this type of visa, however
the application most be initiated in the USA.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have personally met within the last
2 years. You have to have proof of this meeting. Pen
pals are not eligible. You need to have met in person.
A fiancee visa is a non-immigrant visa and allows the
lady to enter the USA for the purpose of marriage. This
visa is only valid for a period of 90 days, during wish

apply at the local immigration and naturalization service
office for a permanent resident visa.
Applicants most be legally able to marry in the USA.

Customs procedures:
When visiting either Russia or Ukraine you will arrive
to cheremetievo airport in Moscow or Borispol airport
in Kiev.
The procedure is the same:
If you bring into the country up to USD$1.000.00 or equivalent
in another currency you will go to the green light corridors,
once you have fill out your customs declaration to be
presented to the customs officer. This is the nothing
to declare line.
If you bring more than USD$1000.00 or equivalent in
another currency you will have to go to the red light
corridor, make sure that you fill out completely the
form even indicating articles of value as your watch,
rings, laptops, cameras, and any other valuables. The
customs officer will stamp the form (keep this receipt
with you) since you will need to present it to the customs
officer when you leave the country. If you have money
left from your trip you will need to show this receipt
otherwise you cannot take the money with you, sometimes
you have to paid a USD$150.00 or equivalent as fine,
so save the receipt.
If for any reason you bring more than USD$10.000 or the
equivalent in another currency, you will need a special
permit from the national bank, the money will be confiscated
and you will receive a receipt to go to the bank and get
the permit, this Procedure takes 2 to 3 days and then
you will get the money back.
